How assessment works
Direct observation, practical recordings, written work, portfolio review and professional discussion all play a part. Approved pieces become evidence in your portfolio.
To complete your route
- Complete all 15 foundation units.
- Complete the eight units in your chosen pathway.
- Record your final 60-second introduction and compare it with your first.
The final work
Programme Formats develops a collection of format-specific work, from discussion and music to news analysis and documentary. Sports Broadcasting ends with coverage of a live sports event across writing, commentary, production and marketing.
